Anyone from absolute beginners to seasoned home cooks are welcome to join. Choose from our classes below. Public, private, or one-on-one sessions are available.

Executive Chef Ruther Sandico has been in the industry for 12 years. His passion for his craft has brought him to prestigious culinary institutions in Cebu, Dubai, Hong Kong, and now Hola Bombón in Manila. We invite you to join him in his great culinary journey.

  • All ingredients will be sent to each student on the day of the scheduled cooking class. All dishes made at the end of the class serves 2 persons.

  • Each class booking allows 2 persons to join the class (only one Zoom login per booking).

  • Inclusive of a complimentary pre-class cocktail and snack for 2 persons.

  • Each class includes personalized step-by-step coaching by Chef Rubén.

  • A Kitchen Assistant will be present during the class to answer any questions.

  • A recipe guide to help you recreate all the dishes learned in class will be included.

Learn all about Spanish flavors from Hola Bombón’s Executive Chef Ruther Sandico. In this Cocina Española class, you will be preparing classic summertime Spanish dishes. By the end, you would have learned how to make the Spanish national dish, paella, from scratch.
