Born and raised in the Catalunya region of Spain, Executive Chef Rubén Beltran Castellnou has been in the industry for 20 years. His passion for his craft has brought him to helm prestigious kitchens in France, the UK, and now Hola Bombón in Manila. We invite you to join him in his great culinary journey.

In this class, you will learn how to make traditional Spanish dishes that are typically prepared during the summer and shared with friends and family.
Chef Rubén will guide you on how to make the Spanish national dish, paella – using homemade chicken stock. To round out your meal, you’ll also be making a summer Gazpacho and a chocolate dessert.
